Exchanges, and Store Credit: We must receive the item(s) for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery to you. Delivery to you is considered complete when our tracking shows that delivery was made, whether you are there to receive it or not. Item(s) must be in new, unworn condition, and in the original packaging with any labels (if applicable) attached.

Please confirm the fit of your dance shoes by trying them on wearing clean, dry foot covering, and standing on clean, soft carpeting. Shoes that are soiled, altered, worn on a hard floor, or show signs of wear, may not be exchanged and are not eligible for store credit. Shoes must be returned with their original box if a box was included. Marked, taped or missing boxes will incur a $10 charge.

If shipping shoes to the store, please use an appropriate shipping box. (Do not ship in just the shoe box.) Buyer pays for return shipping. Use a traceable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for loss or damage of shipments to us. We will pay shipping for one exchange back to you within the Continental U.S. Shipping for additional exchanges on the same purchase are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds: There are no refunds unless Seel Return Assurance was purchased as part of your order. In this case, any refunds would be handled by Seel Return Assurance.
